At what-a-vitamin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
